A Legal, Simple Way to Step Away from Debt

Is your company struggling with Bounce Back Loans, HMRC Debt, Bank Loans, Unsecured Creditors or Energy Bills? We work to give company directors a chance to break away legally and cleanly from debt, allowing you to start something new, run your business or simply walk away completely, stress free.

How it Works

A Clear, Step-by-Step Process That Lets You Exit Your Company Quickly, Legally, and Without Stress

Step 1: Get in Touch

Contact us and we can have a completely private, no-obligation chat. Tell us about your company, debts, and current situation. We’ll assess if your business qualifies for a fast transfer. Remember, we are experts at buying companies in debt.

Step 2: We Buy Your Company

If eligible, we’ll buy 100% of your company’s shares, typically for a notional £1 fee, and you’ll step away as the director. You will no longer be responsible for the debts in the company, leaving us with the liability. You'll no longer get letters from debt collectors, and the first step to a stress-free life begins.

Step 3: We Take Over

We appoint new directors, change the company’s registered address, and take full responsibility for its operations and liabilities. All creditor correspondence comes directly to us. Once we have legally taken over the company, we are not interested in your business and you are welcome to carry on trading separately, debt-free.

This service is completely legal,  the debt transfers to the new owners who will then deal with it appropriately.

Step 4: You Move On

Once the transfer is complete, you can continue trading under a new company or simply move forward without the stress of debt, bailiffs, or legal pressure.  As the new company owners, we will cease trading, inform all creditors and discuss various options.

Remember, even if you have a winding up petition, we can help you! We're equally skilled at negotiations and if you'd like help with this, just let us know.
